A Night at the Symphony

The objective of the project was to create an album campaign for an artist that includes an album cover, inside sleeves, vinyl covers, vinyl stickers, a poster, and merchandise. Since Laufey’s music is inspired by jazz artists in the 1950s, her 2023 live album “A Night at the Symphony” was rebranded which conveys fairytale-like moments.

LOGOMARK

The logo wordmark for the album title was handwritten to mimic the classic Jazz vinyl covers from the 1950s and 60s, which inspired the artist’s music.

PIECES AS A SET

Album parts [album cover, back cover, vinyl sleeves, vinyl stickers, poster] were designed to showcase cohesion. The poster depicts the concert scene, which was recorded for the album. The poster lists tour dates for her upcoming concert. The merchadise consists of a crewneck sweatshirts and t-shirts which were designed to mimic the album cover. The phrase 'beautiful stranger' is added to the front of the sweatshirt to reference track No.13 of the album.
